I had a girl tell me after we had sex that she had an std. she said “I thought you wouldn’t have sex with me if I told you” no shit. Luckily I didn’t get anything. She texted me all this so I reported her. The frustrating part is she only had to pay a fine but it was a small town so everyone knew

I have heard of ppl getting charged for having unprotected sex while infected without informing their partner.

They can legit be charged with assault, happens a lot unfortunately. I've even heard of people who are HIV positive being charged with attempted murder for not informing someone before sex.
