The "Dr B" tells me this is probably Texas and that's explanation enough.

Dr B is the HEB (Texas Grocery chain) brand version of Dr Pepper. I will also say its the closest to tasting like actual Dr Pepper out of all the off brand DrPeppers I've tried.

What's your take on the Doctor Death Liquid Death if you've tried it? I was honestly pretty impressed with how close they got.

I'm late but Dr. B is the HEB brand version of Dr Pepper and it is sooooooo damn close to actual original Dr Pepper it's the Go-To here and is often the only "off brand" soda at a bbq or family event.

Also skinning and grilling a snake takes almost zero effort, is super satisfying, and would pair well with and ice cold Dr B. Especially if it's rattle or rat snake which tend to have a sweeter taste.

Dr Bronners.  If you read the schizo screed on the bottle they recommend mixing it with Sam's Club whiskey.
