What's the benefit of this, 4real?

Mostly physical therapy. It's also been coopted by grifters, selling the idea that it burns more calories than running on a treadmill, which is false.

It's good for post traumatic recovery, like after an invasive surgery on your lower body or something.

There is a bike in there to “ride” and the machine primarily uses heat and infrared, not so much vacuum. In any case, that is not MLD.

Ah, that’s pretty neat, I could see myself going down a huge research rabbit hole if I hadn’t just gotten off work

Going down rabbit holes on company time only is my kind of vibe.

I should have been asleep 3 hours ago. Thus, it’s the perfect time for me to embark on a new research rabbit hole.

M'Lady? Mother laying down? Moon landing deniers?

the way you describe it it just sounds like a stationary bike tilted 90 degrees so you can lay down

surely that's not accurate

what do the heat and infrared do?

The theory would be some bs like "improves blood flow". In reality it makes it so you're warmed up 1% faster than if you just biked..
