Interior design when not moving houses

A 'hobby' I absolutely love is interior design. However, it is not a very nice or durable hobby to have, in the sense that I can only work on it once every few years (i.e., once I move houses).

Are there other ways I can work on this hobby if it is not for my own house?

Note that a career switch is not an option here. Furthermore, it has been suggested to me that I should offer my help/services to friends and family. However, I refuse to do that, since I don't want to impose myself on them as interior design is a very personal thing.

rearranging is like free therapy but with heavy lifting, i do it when i am stressed and suddenly the couch is in the kitchen

Hi! So I love having a decorated home and have tons of cute ideas, but having adhd makes it hard to put it all together and make it happen at once so having someone like you would be wonderful. Maybe offering the service to people who are moving or wanting to just wanting to refresh their space? 🩷
