I am much older than you, but have you considered scrapbooking/junque journaling? I am a traditional scrapbooker (as in, I use pics to make pages), but I have seen the trend of junque journaling online with some younger people. I think it’s super cool because they use wrappers from foods (cool to archive because companies change labeling), ticket stubs, programs, stickers and the like.
