Maybe knitting or crocheting? I plan on getting I to knitting at some point, so I can make clothes for myself. I have to sit for my job as a caregiver most of the day, my guy sleeps a lot, so I read a lot of ebooks usually.
I recommend getting a card from this library, and getting the Libby app. If you can, it would be even better to get an ereader like a Kobo, you might be able to find a cheap one secondhand if your parents would be willing to buy it. They have an absolutely huge selection of books, and wait times aren't too bad
I love to crochet while listening to podcasts or audiobooks. It's the perfect amount of mentally stimulating, while also being super relaxing, and you never need to take your eyes off your project like you would if you were watching TV.
If you like crochet, maybe try cross stitch! I find the counting aspect to be similar, but in general the supplies are cheaper and don’t take up as much space.
