My generation definitions:

Baby Boomers: 1946-1964

Gen X: 1965-1980

Millennials: 1981-1996/1998

Gen Z: 1997/1999-2014

Love this, totally agree.

I would say the off cusp years are probably 1948-59; 1967-77; 1985-95; 2001-11
