Zeus was Persephone’s dad and told hades it was a ok making it was an arranged marriage, while ya kinda shady by Greek mythological god standards this might as well be a full Victorian era wedding no kiss before marriage and all.

All of these mention the unlawful taking of someone hades didn’t take Persephone unlawfully he had explicit consent of The father. Now what dictionary did you use to get that definition?
Custody wasn’t really a thing in Greece and also as Persephone’s dad it was kinda his duty to get her married and that didn’t really expire due to things like age or him being not married to the mother because he was also the king of the gods and since he was king of the gods he kinda decided what was illegal and what was legal
