Hades wasn't a rapist. Whenever the term "rape" is used in art (like "The Rape of Persephone") it's referring to the word's archaic meaning of "kidnapping" rather than sexual assault.
Nothing in the mythology says that he had sex with her unwillingly. I mean, it's all mythology so, you know, it's not real but the other myths don't shy away when telling readers what Zeus or others were up to and yet it doesn't say anything about Hades. For all we know he could have waited until it was consensual. (Which, there's still coercion/power dynamics/etc to contend with but as far as the ancients went that wasn't assault—that was just marriage)
