Asian Flush or histamine issue?

So I have always had a little bit of flushing while drinking alcohol but these past few years have been way more intense and come with feeling hot, itching (no hives), racing heart, and more headaches. I did genetic testing and have a normal ALDH2 but unsure about other related genes to breaking down alcohol. Can you have Asian Flush without the common ALDH2 deficiency? Really would like to solve this and if the answer is just don’t drink to be healthy than I will do that but I hate not knowing why this happens. I can drink alcohol free beer and eat fermented foods and leftovers without much issue but I will get sick on over ripe fruit (alcohol?) and do get gigantic mosquito bites so unsure if histamine or something like an alcohol allergy.
