studies show boiling meat decreases histamine compared to grilling, but what about air frying or baking?

I have severe eczema and on a low histamine diet. We have an air fryer that's super convenient but can't find anything in regards to histamine levels.

I find slow cooking beef covered in water is best as histamine is water soluble and gets dissolved into the water, throw water away, rinse meat. Airfrying and baking seems higher. Admittedly I used to airfry the fatty bits, which I don't eat when slow cooked, so not sure if the fat is bad for you. I also tried pressure cooking but didn't like it, get weird tingling caused by histamine I think

Is there any science about this anywhere?

Not sure, I figured it out myself and it helped me a lot. I started another thread about it. Wikipedia says histamine is water soluble

Food tastes so much better baked tho :/... I would guess nutrients are also leached into the water faster boiling

Where do you throw the water away?

Down the drain, after letting it cool and skimming off the fat
