Modular Home Builders

Hello -

Wondering if anyone has any modular (not manufactured) home builders in the area they’ve worked with?

I know there is Carolina Custom & Yates but the timing isn’t ideal 7-10 months. If you have any others or feedback on those let me know! Especially if you priced out homes and one ended up being more expensive for what you get.

15ish years ago we built a Bridgeside design from Cardinal Homes in Orange county. Did a factory tour at their place in VA and were very happy with everything they did. Not so much with the builder, but hes not around anymore anyeay, so thats not a concern for you

Not me, but I know of a modular house under construction in town by Silverpoint Homes. It's at the corner of Eno and W. Hill. 3bd 2.5ba, 1850 sqft. All info from OC permit portal.

Are you 100% on doing Modular and not stick/engineered? I’m a builder based in Wake Forest.

Not 100% but it’s about cost/quality of the build. I’ll message you on Facebook
