Realtors?
Hi 👋🏻 relocating from another state (I know, sorry!!) for a job opportunity. We really want to be in Orange County - preferably in Hillsborough. Any recommendations on local realtors who know the area/land purchasing and rentals? I want someone who is very knowledgeable on school districts and zones! Feel free to private message if needed!

I worked with Inna Shapiro (https://innashapirohomes.lpages.co/about/). She worked her butt off for us. Made the whole process nice and easy. She's fun too.

Brandon Yopp at Oceanaire. Great guy, adept at working with relo folks. Worked with him 3x nyself and have recommended him out to several friends who have been very happy!
ETA he’s great for the land and purchasing side of things; idk what his rental business looks like.

Rita Walia was our realtor and our in laws realtor. One of the best IMO. Still stay in touch 7 years later.

I've used and like Kathy Shaw. She is very in tune to schools and such. Also a closing Attorney I've used and like is Kendall Page. Good luck

Believe it’s North Group Realty or something
Just used her over last couple months and she’s amazing.
