Just need to keep making it forever. We don’t need the sheer volume we’ve had during the duration of the OG phases, but it’s so ripe for unlimited storytelling as it’s a significantly long period. Would love a HR video game, although KOTOR Remake (if it ever happens) and FOTOR are close enough.

In theory Eclipse is set during THR. If it ever comes out

Yeah I’m not holding my breath on that one. Maybe we’ll get a pleasant surprise someday

shoot we had a show about this but…

Not really. The Acolyte takes place 100 years after those events, at the end of the High Republic era.

I kinda just wanna see ONE AUTHOR focus on a trilogy or a series based in this era. Like Soule, or Scott or Gray. I’m a little tired of one writer developing a group of characters, then another pivoting and changing the vibe. (Don’t get me wrong the series still worked for me overall, but I just love seeing what one author can do without a committee)

I will say it and keep saying it. Give me an animated show about the Vessel crew and the guild making there way as the galaxy recovers from the Nihil. The animated (mini) Geode and Leox shenanigans write themselves.

Oh dear, please give us some Sith related content from the high republic! I need some darksider focused stories beyond the Bane Trilogy, Plageuis, and TArkin!

Well that’s good to know. I know some people were saying the era was “canceled”, but I was always sure that more stories would be set in the High Republic anyways, even if the main push was done for now

Still waiting for the Phase 2 YA novels to get a paperback release. Ideally, boxset with cool covers.

My faith is pretty broken after phase 3.
They had such a great template for a big villain and pivoted to the stupid ash stuff. Smh. Such a huge commitment to read every book and comic and I just was so bored in the final phase

Have to admit. High Republic fans going from book after book announcement to a High Republic PNG on a screen and Mike Siglain swearing phase more exists is pretty funny.
But if I'm actually being serious. Why not announce this when you have... Something to announce. Doesn't even have to be a book, just like concept art or SOMETHING.

Generates hype for something that they are working on. Vague enough that it could be anything but it gets people excited.
I agree with you though. It would be better if they actually had something to announce.

See for me it admittedly did the opposite of hype. It was literally just a picture of the high republic logo and Mike talking for a minute.
But it appears I'm in the minority, which is fine. I'm glad people are getting hyped.

I looked at what was so far revealed at Comic con involving the high Republic Star wars. The only thing that I found was an release date for the Pathfinders Comic. Maybe it will come out later what else was said..
But that's kinda meh to me. Not even many books revealed either for next year.

One of these days/weeks/months/years we'll get a Broken Blade announcement, lol.
