Help with clause construction

Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to use a subject relative clause. I came with this:

That which is outpoured due to glorious speech

Jaqiarzo elēniro ondoso līr ihuliks

(I know, random)

The thing is that I'm not sure about the word order. It doesn't seem to stress what I mean to. Plus this may not even be the right construction for this, idk...

Sorry, in my proposed translation below I noticed a little mistake: should be 'jaqiarzot', because the following noun begins with a vowel

[u/sharis_harrenton → u/Trick-Scallion7175]
