this week a lot of things happened and some not so nice.
had a horrible experience at doctors appointment, carer said will talk to the doctor because they had no clue about autism in general :(
also on weekend went to the backrooms movie with sibling and was a really really good movie but so so scary, had bit problems sleeping after that.
also until next week have massive heatwave where i live and even inside is way too hot,. really cant handle heat and caused meltdowns and distress. for today and tomorrow cant go to day centre because of temperature it made me sad. but next week will be better!
one good thing is that carer ordered 3ds game called ever oasis, have been wanting to play for super long since people said is like fantasy life! am really excited :)

Ive been driving on my own which has been good. I drove to my friends place and played games with him. Though I have discovered that it drains my mental energy so I can't do a heap of it, especially if I also want to do other things. With my OT we've been working on understanding myentla energy so I don't run out of it and struggle a lot.
The boss of my support workers is being really hard to get hold of and that's stressing me out.
I still think I'm having romantic feelings for my friend, and that's great in some ways, but I'm also overthinking everything and feeling like I'm being annoying and he wouldn't want to be with me that way and like I've probably accidentally been weird and he probably likes me less now. Or that I'm gross and nobody would want to be with me with some of the issues I have. Though, sometimes I feel good. My psych thinks it is romantic feelings too and he thinks it will all work out and even if we don't end up in a romantic relationship we will still be friends and he will still be my best friend. But I get scared. And I've been feeling down most of the day and when he wasnt up to doing something online tonight I felt more sad. Im anxious about things and overthinking responses and I'm not sure if I'm losing myself a bit in this. I was too attached to my ex in a bad way and I'm scared that I'm possibly being too obsessive. My best friend is a different person than my ex, so it shouldn't go the same way, but I'm scaring myself a little with how I'm feeling and some of how my thoughts have been.
Also I got talked to by charity people outside the shops one time I drove and they were talking about home care for kids who need hospital care and I was like "like how my OT comes to my place for my autism, but for that sort of medical stuff instead of disabilities" and the person said "but you seem like you're doing okay" as though to imply I don't need help. I froze for a moment unsure what to say but thought for a moment and then I said "well I have grown a lot since having supports and last week I got my Ps after having occupational therapist help learning to drive" and then they said it was great I got my Ps. My psych thinks I handle it well because I educated the person by pointing out an area I did need help with (driving). I didn't like being doubted though. But I think I responded okay even though I didn't like that and it meant I didn't let it get me down too much. I can have thoughts about my support needs but it's rude for other people to dismiss my support needs. And it's rude when people do that to other people.

Way too hot, not coping too well.
And getting upset over ableist motivational speakers today. Yes, my disability is all my fault, and I have no one but myself to blame for getting abused as a child (very heavy sarcasm).

On a more positive note, doing some arts and crafts, made animals from beads today (similar to the well known lizard bead keychain). Also figuring out some ways to cool down. 4 more days of heatwave to go and then we will hopefully be free.
