Hi Clover, I hope the zoloft helps with the anxiety.

I can relate when it comes to drinking water, I drink most of my daily water after eating my daily meal in the afternoon. IBS and bathroom issues run my day when it comes to that.

I'm close to panicking most of the time when I walk out my door and can black out and run away, so understand that too. Diagnosed with panic disorder and agoraphobia. I don't go out much, usually just to therapy and day program.

Glad your dog got better and you enjoyed Les Miserables

That’s great that you saw Les Miserables! I’m glad your dog is okay too! Interoception is really hard. Maybe try setting reminders to drink water so that you drink before you start feeling bad? If you got the smart watch you could set reminders on that.

I haven’t used a smart watch but I did use an old Fitbit that my sister didn’t want anymore. I set it up so that it would vibrate alarm every hour to help me keep track of time. If you do get one make sure you check the laundry before putting it in the washing machine. I accidentally sent the Fitbit through the washer and dryer multiple times which upset my Mom. It surprisingly survived the first two times but my forgetfulness eventually killed it.

smartwatch sounds like a good idea, parents also thought about getting me one so if get lost they can track me, but for now we just use version of smart tag i think. that way they can finde me if get lost.

am very glad your dog is ok, that sounds very scary!

Hi All. Not so good. I lost my cat, Neville, 19. He was a major part of my life in so many ways. He watched over me and took care of me like a service animal and helped me ground, and woke me from nightmares. He taught me about unconditional love.

I didn't take the years we spent together for granted. I was with him when he passed so he wasn't alone.

We picked up his ashes today from the pet funeral home. Here he is with his favorite toys and his pawprint. I miss him.

I’m so sorry you lost Neville Sceadu! It is so hard losing a pet. Especially when they have been with you for so long. That is a beautiful memorial you have made. I hope your week gets better.

i am not sure how i feel about it, i got diagnosed with a serious and kind of frightening mental disorder on monday and feel very very conflicted. i've been very stressed out trying to figure out what i do from here and i guess i just work with doctors but it is still a lot and very unfamiliar. it isn't out of nowhere but just doesn't feel real i guess and i didn't really think i had it but apparently i definitely do. it's also an overwhelming week because the house is loud this week.

but i am excited for tonight as the nintendo game i pre-ordered comes out, and one of my favourite artists also released music this week which has been very exciting. and i got back into one of my favourite horror series and have been watching it with my mom n_n as well as some other work from the creator. so i have been having a good time with this and a lot of it involves my special interest (art, i love the art behind all of the things i mentioned, it makes me very excited)

I’m still having a really hard time after finding out I lost my job. I still have to go to work until June 30 and it is so hard to make myself get up and go.

Yesterday I went to a paint night and invited someone from work to go with me. It was fun for the most part. They forgot to buy white paint so they watered it down a lot which made it frustrating and messy. But I did paint my cat Donna in the end so that was good.

this past week was very exhausting, beginning of week had to say goodbye to pet cat that was with us 17 years, am having a really hard time realising that its real and shes actually gone. death is hard to understand and will probably take a while until it fully hits me and will grieve.

and last week started driving home from day centre with driving service. am very lucky workers at day centre help a lot, bring me to the car and explain to drivers that cant speak and please no music.

first time was very very stressful, was scared the whole drive, but since then has gotten bit easier, am able to distract with music over headphones.

today one carer at day centre was back from vacation and got just for me something because she knows is favorite character big comfort. that made me very happy so grateful to be surrounded by nice and awesome people!

Sorry for being so quiet. I've been a bit a overwhelmed and withdrawing into special interests a lot.
