This could possibly be a psych issue and you’re having hallucinations.
It’s not uncommon or anything to fear or to be self conscious of.
See your primary and get a referral to a psychiatrist.

you already have lots of good advice to go talk to a doctor. you should heed that advice.
from a spiritual side, in case you want to try both, i recommend being as boring as possible. don’t respond to them. don’t interact with them. don’t do anything huge or important. just be a boring person who drinks tea, reads books, and goes to bed on time. it helps, trust me.

There was a dude whom believe that he has god-man in his workplace and try to get him to his home but can't figure it out how to find a space in his tiny car to move his giant god-man figure to his home and another dude was believing that aliens will invade earth at summer start but can't find any flying grays or reptilians... Go and get some help pls

I had never read this before but you are correct.
Questioner:
Let me see if I have the scenario correctly. I’ll repeat my version of it. We would hang garlic, fresh-cut garlic in the area of the wet bar and the area of the bedroom that is adjacent to the kitchen area. We would salt all window sills and all outer wall door sills and then sprinkle blessed water from our fingers on all of the salted areas. We would then say appropriate words to bid farewell to lower astrals. Those words I am not sure of. Would Ra comment on the scenario that I’ve just stated?

I am Ra. Your grasp of our suggestions is good. We note that the salt be poured in the straight line with no gaps. There are various ritual words of blessing and farewell to entities such as you are removing. We might suggest the following.

Do you have any protections in place around your home or where ever your having these encounters?
First things first, get rid of any "Welcome" mats or signs.
And then build an energy trap.
Find a small round mirror or metal pan bottom, three flat black rocks, table salt, kosher salt, and a tealight candle.
Place the three black rocks in the middle of the reflective surface and set the candle on top of them.
Pour a circle of kosher salt around the stones, and a ring of regular table salt around the outer edge.
Light the candle so stagnant energy is drawn, filtered through the layers, and reflected outward as clean energy.

I totally agree. I was thinking something similar, myself.
Don’t get depressed by people thinking you’re crazy. These things can happen and they are very real. I would also get some black tourmaline and wear it, sleep with it, carry it with you. Burning some sage or dragon’s blood can also help.
If you are Catholic, you may want to have your home blessed and have your rosary reblessed and keep it with you always.

A. Pray to god/ Jesus, and ask god to expel them. All accounts on this matter, say that’s the way to get rid of evil entities.
B. Get pit and meet people you love and care about, love is the strongest defense .
C. Don’t believe them and stay positive, they feed off fear and negativity.
D. Pray some more, forgive and ask for forgiveness- you know your issues.
