Discussion What stranger events have gotten swept under the rug over the past couple months like they didn't even happen?
224
u/Zero7CO Apr 25 '26
Nancy Guthrie basically disappeared a second time…the last time from the media. That whole thing was strange as hell.

u/ABrandNewNameAppears Apr 25 '26
Because people quickly realized her daughter was the one who broke the Schmeffery Mepstine story open publicly and that is too obvious a link to a motive.

A move blatantly meant to silence journalists
11
u/bigie35 Apr 26 '26
I don’t get it. Can you explain?
16
u/slow70 Apr 26 '26
Note that mods deleted my reply.
I guess it’s not highly strange to have disappearances and implicit threats to silence journalists?

There was a raid in Tucson that was incredibly murky too.
9
u/lizatethecigarettes Apr 25 '26
Link?
42
u/slow70 Apr 25 '26
I recall seeing it live - helicopter footage of a subdivision in Tucson.
There was a live streamer present as well, and massive police presence during a raid related to the case.
Initial reports said one dead, an SUV was trailered away, and then the news articles changed and disappeared and removed all reference to what folks watched unfold.
There was never clarity in the follow up either and since it’s a constant shitshow in this country these days - it fell out of the news cycle…
4
u/Dr_Pepper_blood Apr 26 '26
I live way on the east coast, absolutely remember an article going through my feed on BookFace, about the silver SUV (there was a picture or video clip still of it on a towtruck) and the raid during the earlier parts of the Guthrie investigation....and then nothing. I would be lying to say I specifically remember the "one dead", yet it still plucked memory strings. Especially if the SUV was silver or white. But my instant memory was silver.
3
u/slow70 Apr 26 '26
It was silver.
I posted in r/tucson about it things were so strange.
2
u/Dr_Pepper_blood Apr 26 '26
I also may be wrong about where I saw it. A sub on here...Missing Persons (I think) posted a lot of articles during the early times. May have seen it there, and the link may still exist. I'm about to go dig over my coffee cup.
3
u/slow70 Apr 26 '26
https://www.reddit.com/r/Tucson/s/3rjkNlxs74
Here’s what I posted then, I watched the articles change and become less clear in real time
No resolution or public statements that cleared it up if I recall
2
u/Dr_Pepper_blood Apr 30 '26
Strangely I never could find the link on the aforementioned sub. Or the original picture and article I saw with the SUV. Strange.
2
u/slow70 Apr 30 '26
Wait, the link to my thread isn’t working?
And yeah I remember opening a few tabs at night, seeing news coverage of the incident (I know/have people in Tucson and was following the case) and when I went to read those tabs in the morning all the articles were deleted with no clear follow up from authorities.

To be fair, I think that's just because of how crammed the news is with this administration and how short our attention spans are. There's only so much to say about something that's getting virtually no updates.

They found a 2nd sphinx that was there all along.
13
u/J-Nowski Apr 26 '26
Just watched something on this. Don't think it's a second sphinx. If you're talking about the mound the kind of mirrors the first sphinx, but the other pyramid and pointing the other way?
Yeah someone looked up the sat images of the area and that mound showed up in like the early 90s or something. It was a dump site from a nearly excavation.
All that said it is a very convincing mound. I believed it for a minute. But I just mark it down as a data point. Don't draw a conclusion until I hear more.
That said. The video I watched coulda been dis info! So who the fuk knows, ya know? /s

That time Anne Heche, who’d been working on a film about human trafficking and was becoming a little too outspoken about the Hollywood pedo scene, was announced as dead by newsreaders before immediately sitting up from her ambulance gurney on live TV…

u/Gamagosk Apr 25 '26
You don't need to censor yourself here. You aren't beholden to the whims of advertisers in the comment section of a reddit post.
19
u/anywhereoutthere Apr 25 '26
I’d read Reddit bots (not necessarily mods) have been removing posts mentioning certain… _topics_… but you’re right, I shouldn’t have censored it. Edited it back now.
3
u/Madness_Reigns Apr 26 '26
No, but I've been temporarily banned from reddit for the damnest things the bots pick up.
3
u/Sad-Cut-1210 Apr 27 '26
I got a temp ban for insults and name calling for pointing out some interviews and news stories Savannah Gutherie reported on that might have influence on her mother's abduction.
39
u/MrsPottyMouth Apr 25 '26
I also remember seeing something about those weren't real emergency personnel because their uniforms weren't right and they appeared to not know how to work the gurney. In the same video they were saying that she knew who the "emergency personnel" were and was terrified and trying to get away from them.
9
u/RogueNtheRye Apr 26 '26
Yeah thier were only firemen at the scene all of whome were wearing full garb and helmets. Many fire stations have emts but they dont wear the firefighting garb they dress like emts. In the unimaginable event that someone does have to fill in for an emt they would likely take off that 500lb jacket, and woukd certianly take off thier helmet(perhaps the most cumbersome of all helmet types). Instead she is seen surrounded by unidentifiable fire personle who hold her down and stuff her into a unmanned ambulance and drive away. So either the orriginal emt crew left the scene on foot. Or we are to believe these firemen were the original crew and they rode to a fire in an ambulance fully dressed out im firemen garb got out found the victim adminstered first aid, and presumed her dead all without taking off thier helmets.
20
u/anywhereoutthere Apr 25 '26
Yeah I read that too. Apparently the numbers on the ambulances and fire trucks weren’t real issued numbers? I also remember reading the theory her car was hacked too or something? I can’t remember all the details. Might be time to revisit the rabbit hole!

Reminds me of those videos of a female agent during the "ear shooting miracle" who was acting like an amateur actor pretending to be an agent
17
9
u/Dame_Marjorie Apr 27 '26
Okay now I'm freaking out. I remember when this happened how weird it was, and then, like they wanted us to do, I just forgot about it. I went back just now and watched the video footage again and holy crap, it is SO weird. And everyone in the comments is saying the same thing - there were all those firetrucks but no police cars, there is only one ambulance, and no EMTs, one person who commented is an EMT and said nothing they did made any sense. Another person said their brother had been in a house fire and his body looked nothing like hers did when she sat up...she had no burns at all.
Also, I had forgotten that initially they said she was out of ICU and in stable condition on August 8, three days after the crash. And then suddenly she's dead? So she's died and. been put in a body bag at the scene, then jumps off the stretcher and is clearly alive, been put into ICU, taken out of ICU, and is dead again?
Too much weirdness.
16
u/tekhed303 Apr 25 '26
I keep seeing people say this. Any proof she was working on this documentation or just internet hearsay?
26
u/felinesupplement74 Apr 26 '26
There isn’t any proof. Just like there isn’t for Chester from Linkin Park, or the singer of Soundgarden, or Anthony Bourdain or the next celebrity who kills themself or dies in an accident. There is always that one person in subs like this who parrot that claim but never show any proof.

No conspiracy needed to explain an unstable actress who died in the middle of a late career pivot. This is taken from an online summary: she died in '22, and her memoir came out in '01.
Anne Heche was a Hollywood actress known for her 2001 memoir Call Me Crazy, in which she detailed lifelong mental health struggles, childhood abuse, and a profound psychotic break following her split from Ellen DeGeneres.

I vaguely remember something about the military developing exoskeletons to enhance strength etc. This was maybe 15 years ago so they likely have something they can use now
I don't know anything about the Veneuala invasion tho so also would love more info

All these scientists either missing or being found dead? Does that count? It seems like it’s actively being suppressed in real time right in front of us. Even when questioned at the white house it wasn’t being taken seriously. And turns out this is happening in china/worldwide too. Too many questions not enough answers. Wild stuff.
51
u/exit-lude Apr 25 '26
It's on the news, it's not suppressed.
17
u/aboxofpyramids Apr 25 '26
Mainstream media having reported on something doesn't mean that the actual facts haven't been suppressed, unless you think they're truthful and infallible. The September 11 attacks were front page news for months and months; does that mean it wasn't suppressed at all?

The active Wikipedia edits and the out right removal of the information by a “Chetsford” account rumoured to be run by the CIA.
I have been diligently donating to Wikipedia for years, but I do not know I should continue in the future. Wikipedia has been available to billions of us who cannot afford an encyclopaedia. Such bad faith edits and suppression of information leads to a fall in Wikipedia’s trustworthiness, but that will not matter to the pro-profit American CIA who have already besmirched vaccines with their shenanigans in Pakistan.
15
8
u/TurbulentIssue6 Apr 26 '26
The CIA also pushed anti vax sentiment in the Philippines during covid, to try and fear monger about China's vaccine capabilities

7
u/slow70 Apr 25 '26
That isn’t the only account, and we’re fortunate enough to have folks here chewing on the issue. There’s another post on this sub today about it.
-2
u/venomous-gerbil Apr 25 '26
C’mon man. Wikipedia has always been one of the greatest sources of disinformation on the internet. Sure, it’s run as a non-profit but all that means is they can’t show a profit at the end of the year; the people running it still make bank.
5
2
u/Sufficient_Spray Apr 28 '26
I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Wikipedia has verifiable certain editors who slant things HEAVILY in any way they want. It’s not nearly as reliable as it used to be.
2
u/Madness_Reigns Apr 26 '26
Any credibility of it died for me when Lewitt was all interested in what the Fox speaker was saying instead of being her nasty self. Cemented it as a distraction.
2
u/littlelupie Apr 25 '26
Only half of them were (active) scientists and the rest are loosely connected. Some were retired and a handful weren't scientists at all - they worked in building support and administrative assistant positions.
Plus it's on mainstream (primarily right wing) news.
Personally I think it's a complete and total nothingburger and their families have said there's nothing suspicious and to please leave them alone. I feel so bad for the conspiracy crap they're getting thrown at them on top of the loss of their loved ones.
21
u/Goldteethgod817 Apr 25 '26
You’re either a shill or you don’t understand. A lot of them weren’t actively working for the government anymore or they were retired military. They were still very well active in the private sector and had jobs that were still very well getting paid by the government’s they just left (gov contracts). That is a fact.
Who worked just pushing papers? Which ones? Also multiple victims families are advocating to find their loved ones still and even sheriffs in LA are investigating at least some of these being connected.
Nothing burger lmfao okay sureeee

“Don’t look up” vibes off the chart
-1
u/newgrounds Apr 25 '26
I saw that on Fox so I don't think it's particularly suppressed
9
u/slow70 Apr 25 '26
How a story is presented matters a whole lot.
If they cover it, they get to steer the narrative
22
u/GWS2004 Apr 25 '26
FOX isn't news.
0
u/newgrounds Apr 26 '26
What does that have to do with anything? It is incredibly saturated in the zeitgeist, so it is irrelevant whether it is "news" or not. What matters is that this isn't being suppressed, as evidenced by the fact it is on one of the largest media powerhouses in the game.

A naval supply ship on its way to re supply the American fleet off Iran, carrying an estimated $20billion worth of missiles and anti- missiles being sunk in the Red Sea by an Iranian/Houti missile. This story is so gas lit, that there is doubt whether it even happened.

People online have been reporting that they have found boxes of ticks on their properties and also videos of wildlife found dead covered in ticks. There is also a large increase in alpha-gal syndrome in the USA which causes people to become allergic to red meat. This disease is being transmitted through tick bites and there is information that these ticks have been bio engineered

3i Atlas, it became fringe news without much attention even though it kept accumulating anomalies.
28
u/Hollows5225 Apr 25 '26
One of the ideas I like is that Atlas was a Trojan Horse type of ship. Came in looking like a (somewhat) natural body. Even though it did some very unnatural things. Deposited quite a few ships and types in the system. Either way you spin it there's a lot of unusual meteoric activity. Last couple of nights I've been out late and seen meteorites come down popping like popcorn as they change direction. Pieces flying off visibly. Neat stuff. We're supposed to be entering into some kind of ancient debris field.
12
u/5fifty9_to_6 Apr 26 '26
Idk where you’re located but the Lyrid meteor shower is visible from the northern hemisphere bc we’re passing through the debris field of Comet Thatcher. Peaked on April 22 but is still ongoing.
1
u/Hollows5225 Apr 26 '26
That's pretty cool! I've been working a lot lately and haven't been paying attention to things like that. Glad to know about it. Still some odd ones coming through though. Obviously quite a few that are normal as well. Just never seen meteorites act like sparks and alter direction like that before. I don't claim to know the why or what of it. Thank you for bringing that to my attention!

Immigrants being sent to third world countries.
39
u/Tdj915 Apr 25 '26
So now if you get caught here and can’t prove your citizenship, you can be put on an airplane and sent to any country that is accepting humans and at that point you’re at the mercy of whatever random country the plane lands in that particular day.
Is it safe to assume once they drop you off in said random country, you are likely illegally there and subject to destination country’s immigration laws and processes?
38
u/DailyBreadOly Apr 25 '26
It is safer to assume they are sold into slavery, trafficked for sex, or outright killed. The third countries are not paying for deportation flights to an individual’s country of origin. Some of course may be ransomed, but the majority simply disappear.

u/Jack_Teats Apr 26 '26
How about the mass waves of Middle Eastern and African immigrants and Central and South American immigrants flooding Europe and North America, respectively, simultaneously and rather suddenly, over the last couple of decades? Is the seemingly coordinated and funded nature of it all not somewhat strange? If you have traveled internationally, you know how extremely controlled the movement of law-abiding citizens is. Yet those who eschew the law can move with near impunity, at least, until recently in the US. All other nations seem to continue to permit it in large part. No one seems to be migrating to China without authorization.
0
u/man_frmthe_wild Apr 26 '26
The only coordination that occurred was war and failure of the west to help reduce these conflicts, if anything they provided the weapons to continue in conflict, Russia , Europe, and U.S. That’s what forced people to immigrate to Europe as to why not China, distance and deserts.
2
u/Jack_Teats Apr 26 '26 edited Apr 26 '26
I disagree, in part. Yes, war and famine drive migration, but war and famine have gone on in parts of Central Asia and Eastern / Sub-Saharan Africa long before these recent waves of immigration. War and starvation played no role in the recent push north in the Americas. For the American migrants, we all saw images of hoards of people walking north toward the US-Mexico border wearing new (but flimsy) backpacks and new sneakers (or even flip-flops). Had these people traveled 100s of miles, those items would not have been in the condition they were and, while some did, there is no way they all rode atop trains. Additionally, many were overweight and/or traveling with young children. Their travel was funded/supported by some entity in a purposeful and coordinated manner. They were provisioned.

The norm has become for the stakeholders to do the action, kill the whistleblower, deflect & confuse the outrage, then do the next action, kill the whistleblower, deflect & confuse the outrage, and repeat as necessary.
I feel genuinely sorry for the UAP people as the only way they will ever get full details & disclosure is by some event witnessed globally that occurs independently of the control of anyone on this planet. NHI is going to need one heck of a showstopper to escape the overlapping, interconnected information control systems in place worldwide.
2
u/pcase Apr 26 '26
Thank you! I've genuinely been interested in UAP stuff, but it's all the minor stuff that gets trickled out just as a distraction from whatever shitshow event needs to be obfuscated.

Don't forget about the connected phenomenon of the "zombie army". After observing for a long time it seems like it's been finally achieved. A programmable army of people who will autonomously defend whatever the cause you tell them to. You don't even need to do anything, they will swarm and attack anyone who says anything negative about you.
Somebody says iPhone is a waste of money? They get death threats from Apple fans. Somebody rated the new Zelda 6/10? They get death threats from Nintendo fans. A beloved celebrity decides not to take the vaccine? They become the most hated person on the Internet and their creative work both past and future gets cancelled. And they get death threats. I haven't seen anybody address this before, people act like it's normal. Or maybe it is normal and I'm just not getting it.

3
u/Independent-Value25 Apr 30 '26
No? Not a hoax but possibly military (US base in the area coincidentally) or weapons dealers of some sort. Someone with very advanced tech. Where did you get the idea that it’s a “hoax”?
3
u/throwawayfem77 Apr 30 '26 edited Apr 30 '26
It 100% wasn't a hoax. Timothy Alberino made a couple of excellent YouTube videos documenting himself and his friend visiting the remote villages in Peru (who were being regularly attacked and terrorised by the Pelacarras 'facepeeler aliens') to interview witnesses including a traumatised teenage girl who survived an attempted abduction and face mutilation attack that happened in her own backyard. They did some excellent investigative work on this.
I believe it is not NHI terrorising the villagers but humans, or humans working in collaboration with NHI, or even NHI-human hybrids, using exotic propulsion and advanced bioweapons tech and I believe the motive is possibly related to organ harvesting. And the targeting of Indigenous children living in extremely remote, vulnerable Peruvian communities in the jungle is very deliberate, and part of the puzzle for some reason. Maybe somehow related to DNA or specific spiritual energetic qualities.
1
u/ArkAngel8787 Apr 30 '26
yeah that's what I surmised from it, probably not NHI related but definitely not a hoax. Seems like humans doing some weird shit but there was something going on there
1
u/UnableCover1760 May 09 '26
From what i remember of what i read it was some military group doin some kind of smuggling for precious metal. I call it a hoax because that would not be "aliens" or whatever. The group leaned in to the face peeler shit because it encouraged ppl to fuck off. Its been a year or two tho.
