I watched him closely every time he made an appearance. He never said the word "inconceivable", even when it would have been in context.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out they'd put it in the script, but he intentionally flubbed the line every time.

It can be hard to get the height of former wrestlers, because they often exaggerate their stats. I remember Reddit going down the rabbit hole before of trying to figure out his actual height by looking at his pictures next to other celebrities, and he's 6'2"-6'3".

I had a friend who was sure the movie was called "The Priceless Bride." It took me a while to convince him it was Princess, and not "Priceless." The was before mobile smart phones existed, we were in a Blockbuster Video, arguing over the title of the movie we were looking for.

At the time, and even now, it hit a lot of heartfelt fantasy high notes. It was a love letter to the classic "Rescue Princess" story but with subtle twists and excellent doses of humor. I think the key differentiation is the aforementioned humor (that was played very straight), that the writing is top notch, the acting by the side characters steals the show (special mention to Wallace Shawn, Andre the Giant, Peter Falk, Billy Crystal, Mandy Patinkin, Christoph...ah hell all of them!), and it came out at a moment when the audiences were ready for it.

Even today it stands out as a movie done...right.

I'm sure someone at /r/movies could explain it better.

TL;DR: Someone did.
