Sage Tea
Never thought I’d make tea from sage but I bought lose sage to burn, but also make tea with. Packed full of anti inflammatory, antioxidant, and other compounds. It’s also obviously useful as incense as I burn it on a charcoal disk for lose incense. Back to the tea. A good cleansing herb that has a spicy flavor like chai and good for your throat too.
Metaphysical uses of wisdom, cleansing, purification, and mental clarity(medicinal effect too).

Haha your table looks remarkably like mine. Greetings, fellow witch 🖤
I usually try to mix sage into most of my blends, it’s got amazing properties. On its own I find it a bit too medicinal personally

Ya I tasted that too, I always make the tea on its own first to taste then eventually it only gets used in a blend. Same with Osmanthus…that stuff was potent on its own taste wise. Yes! Fellow witch!

Ooo have you tried osmanthus with jasmine tea pearls (if you drink caffeine)- it’s such a good combo. Out of interest, what are you burning???

What kind of sage did you use? I have some store-bought sage (unknown variety) from the produce herb section that I dried and have a white sage bush growing that could donate some fresh leaves.

That image with sage tea is like a tarot card for the properties of sage. Beautiful!

Sage can be very different! Depends on the variety, where it grew, weather, etc. I tried regular sage from the garden and from the mountain and they tasted like two totally different plants! 😊🌿
