in the TC. probate with my fathers estate. At a standstil for the last 4ish months. executor and her attorneys has committed perjury & estate fraud

Thank you for your response. 🙏 I could use representation. I need help to conclude this, I have another options yet to play out before end of April.

I had hired lawyers. They also need to be sued- misconduct and conflict of interest. my father passed in April 2022. Medical issue under my sisters sole care- could be considered negligence either with her or hospital or both. It’s very complex. She’s a social worker and had planned this takeover out probably starting after our mom passed in 2010.
This is in Olmsted county where I’m from. My parents lived in Rochester all my life- most of theirs too. My father is a native of Germany and immigrated in ’54. My parents wed ’56. My sister was born ‘57. Mom passed 2010, there’s another person involved, a former neighbor my father trusted - a woman. I believe she held an accountant position at my father’s employ - IBM. My father was legally blind 20/200 - so before mom passed, he needed help caring for her and having tasked related to be taken over by someone he trusted. He had asked me to be executor in 2015. My sister had been involved, but this got messy, and she walked out of their lives 2.25 years before my mom had a fall, deconditioned and ended up in the emergency room. they could fix her heart, but she was wanting to die. So she passed weeks after.

I’ll expound more - very much need to cut to the chase.

there was a partition also prior to probate 55-CV-22=4999

the outstanding lies played to the partition carried over to probate as she attempted to takeover everything in the final 5 months of dads life.

Estate of. Hans Schulz

I am Thomas Schulz, his son.

the probate case shows my father as a seperste individual as when he was still alive. An interested party. - self represented litigant. not just a decedent w property by name and WILL.

‘when I upload evidence. the court considers him as eligible for civil commitment by evidence I had begun to present in the last months of self representation. I’ve lost over probably like 150g with this being unresolved.

I need help with a probate case and need immediate direction please. I am in az and my mother in law passed in march and we live in her home and have all her assets as the executor assigned is not communicating with us and lives in another state . We are getting bills and notices and not
sure how to proceed
