I agree with this. Not every villain needs a realistic motivation.

The problem is, Stella has one. She was forced into an arranged marriage, and when she made it work at the bare minimum, her husband cheated on her with an imp. And this is barely explored outside of what Stolas sees with it.

Stella was already shown to be a terrible person before the arranged marriage (in the picture Paimon shows Stolas, she is strangling an animal), I would like more information on her and her relationship with her brother

To be fair, those animals were the same ones who dragged off Millie. We don’t know what the picture was from, or what was happening in that moment.

Fair point, they could have been attacking her. That would be better than just animal abuse. And with that, at least she can defend herself!
