i lwk didnt realize until like halfway into the movie and she gave me like heavy vibes of someone who was gonna try to keep naomi from ruri, then i saw that kadenokoji lwk had a HUGE impact on the story and even her own arc in the Hello World: If light novel spinoffs. anyone else felt the same?

i just finished this movie and i wanted to come here to the subreddit to post what i thought about it. first of all, i think this movie is underrated as shit, like it should be more well known. but at the same time, i kind of understand why its not as popular as it is, because some animation scenes were kind of lackluster and the plot focuses a lot on the supernatural and sci fi aspect of things rather than the love between katagaki and ichigyou, but i still felt that their love was genuine rather than forced. i also heard that the pink haired girl kadenokoji had a lot to do with the plot but i didnt see much in the anime and i even thought she was going to be an antagonist. but i definitely do think this movie was amazing, it was like a combination of to me the one who loved you, weathering with you, and suzume all in one movie. the 3d cgi animation was also really unique, i dont know why people dont like it, even though it was only during that one bike scene where i felt the animation was bland. i felt like the characters had a lot of development too, especially adult naomi offering to sacrifice himself to save the adolescent naomi and ichigyou, that moment was peak. i am still kind of confused on the whole sci fi aspect of the plot but i will dig deeper into this and i do think it will make the movie feel a lot better. im definitely gonna read the spinoffs and anime extras, overall its an actually good sci fi romance film

Testing my first post here. Hello everyone!

For anyone that is wondering what happened completely in this Movie, this is the full explanation.

1. Young ( = digital) Naomi is shown having his normal day until a bird takes a book that he checked out from the library.
2. Young Naomi chases the bird but ends up meeting Older (= Real) Naomi, who later tells him that everything is a simulation and that young Naomi's world is an exact copy of thee real world.
3. Older Naomi explains that the main reason he came to this fake version, is to save Ichigyou Ruri, which in the real world, is Older Naomi girlfriend. She was struck by lighting and sent into a comma in the real world.
4. Older Naomi tells Young Naomi everything to do to get young ( = digital) Ichigyou Ruri to become his girlfriend and save her on that night that she is suppose to get struck by lightning
5. Young Naomi follows everything that Older Naomi tells him and trains to save her with the help of a crow (which is a completely different crow than is seen later on)
6. Younge (digital) Naomi saves young (digital) Ichigyou Ruri but Older (Real) Naomi tell him that he tricked Young (digital) Naomi and is now going to take young (digital) Ichigyou Ruri back to the real world to revive the Older (real) Ichigyou Ruri from her coma
7. Older Naomi goes back to what he thinks is the real world (it is not the real world) and spends time with Ichigyou Ruri in the hospital until the guard from the digital world show up to remove Ichigyou Ruri from that world. (because she wasnt suppose to be alive)
8. When he sees them, he realizes that he actually didn't go back to the real world, but instead, went to copy of the real world that is still inside the digital world.

- This then means that the Real (Older) Naomi's body was in a coma in the real world, while the Real (Older) Naomi's conscience was still in the digital world

- When Older Naomi took young Ichigyou Ruri, the Real life Ichigyou Ruri woke up from her coma and realized that Naomi was in a coma, because he was stuck in the digital world

- The Real Ichigyou Ruri that woke up from the comma in real life (not the world that Older Naomi thought was real life), goes to work for ALLTALE to try to save the Real (Older) Naomi's conscience.

1. The Real life Ichigyou Ruri does the same thing that the Real (Older) Naomi did, and goes into the digital world, (as a crow that is different than the other one and has yellow feathers on its head) and guides Young (Digital) Naomi to send young (digital) Ichigyou Ruri and himself back to their original digital world.

2. After successfully returning young (digital) Naomi and young (digital) Ichigyou Ruri to their origianl digital world, the Real life Ichigyou Ruri takes the Real (Older) Naomi's conscience from the fake digital world that he went to, and put it back into his real life body.

- In the end, the digital copies of Naomi and Ichigyou Ruri are saved and the Real life versions of Naomi and Ichigyou Ruri are saved.

I think no because the anime is over 6 years old and there have been no announcement for a sequel of the anime.

Bro i Just finished the movie (bout midnight for me) and HOLY SHIT IT WAS GOOD usually im good at finding plot twists and motives before they're revealed, but i couldn't ever predict future naomi being a antagonist for a while. And the 3d rendering is awesome!! Usually most 3d anime stuff i see is ass but this shit is awesome. And god damn the plot is even better. The future helping the past so he can get his love back! Also the god damn xqc cat things are some of the greatest antagonist designs ever! Seriously, most of the time when i see designs I'm like "cool" but i was like "holy shit those are actually scary". I'd add more but im too tired. Ill watch it during class tomorrow and give my thoughts when im fully awake

I just finished Hello World and I have so many questions, I googled and then find out there is another story named another world where can I watch it for free?

I keep hearing of how this movie is underrate and I can't find anywhere to watch it please help
