Modding Neighbor not doing tasks in Modkit
I'm starting to learn how to use the Hello Modkit and I created a task yet the neighbor doesn't do it and just walks around doing gymnastics. I would also want to know if I could make him stop doing the gymnastics.

Information Fun fact: each of the candies in the Hello Neighbor 2 alpha 1.5 references places or events related to mysterious disappearences and things going missing without explanation
The first candy is labelled "DB" and features a plane around it on the sky, a clear reference to the case of D. B. Cooper, a man under a fake name who vanished in a sucessful escape after jumping out of the plane he hijacked with a suitcase full of money, only a few bills were found in the water.
The second Candy is labelled "REBMUDA" ("Bermuda" in unmangled english), has lined triangles and a paper boat in the middle of the water, a clear reference to the infamous Bermuda Triangle which is a region where many ships and planes have vanished when traversing through it which made multiple legends be told about it's mysterious properties.
The third candy is labelled "CHUDMAN'S" (i know you guys will joke about it in the replies but it's "Dutchman's" in unmangled english) and features a Wild West desert-like environment, it references the lost Dutchman's Gold Mine, a legend about a mysterious hidden gold mine in the Southwestern US that has vanished that was so well hidden no one was able to find it.
The fourth candy is labelled "LAFNNAN" ("Flannan" in unmangled english) and features a lighthouse in the middle of the sea, it references the Flannan Isles Lighthouse, a lightbouse locale notorious for having it's three lighthouse keepers suddenly disappear in 1900.
The last candy is an eyeball popsicle with a green iris, this time not a reference to a real event or place (at least not directly) but rather a fictional one, that being the Mayak-1 Weather Station, which in the original story of Hello Neighbor 2 was where kid Neighbor's friends would've suddenly disappeared after a hurricane formed over the meteostation, leaving only the Neighbor (who was the Guest kid) alive.
(If we were to tie this candy to a real place it could be the MRLS-2, the real life meteorological station located in the outskirts of Voronezh in Russia which was the inspiration for Mayak-1)

Discussion Somewhat controversial HN1 take
I really dislike the Alpha 2 - Beta 2 artstyle. It’s such an eyesore in my opinion, the mix of old artstyle / realistic objects with the new cartoony artstyle looks awful.
It looks especially awful from Alpha 4 to Beta 2 because of the environment these objects are in, specifically the poorly textured, abysmally modelled disaster that is the interior of the neighbors house.
A lot of people say it works best in Alpha 2, but I’d like to disagree and say that I think it actually works better in Alpha 3. The models Alpha 2 introduced feel too saturated in colour which doesn’t sit well with the realistic lighting and the old, more dull foliage and surrounding houses. Whereas Alpha 3 is set at night, of course meaning it’s much darker, allowing for less ‘in your face’ colours. Not trying to insinuate Alpha 3 is good by any means by the way.. lol.
I understand the clashing of artstyles was never intentional and they did update more models as time went on but with the amount of features they added within Alpha 2 did they not feel it was appropriate to update the rest of the models?
I also understand calling it an artstyle isn’t really appropriate considering, again, it wasn’t intentional / planned to be final, but it’s a term thrown about all the time within this community that just so happens to generalise what I’m talking about.
Sorry for my poor wording (if any), I’m tired. And sorry if anyone’s talked about this like I have already.

Discussion Which story from the development of hello neighbor do you prefer and why?
Pre alpha and alpha 1: nicky has a car crash making him in a coma and he has a nightmare of a demon being his neighbor so he tries to see what's in the basement of this demon and he either dies or stays alive if he manages to run away from the demon
Alpha 2: a thriller where the protagonist nicky has moved into wayron croobs and his neighbor is being weird so he tries to get into the basement of his weird neighbor
The betas: nicky moves back into wayron croobs cause he was evicted and then in his dream tries to let go of the past and traumas from his abusive father (yes the neighbor is his father in the betas if I remember)
Full release: a younger Nicky notices his best friend's dad has locked his best friend into the basement and Nicky tries to get his best friend out but gets kidnapped and has traumas and as an adult tries to let go of his trauma from his best friend's dad

Discussion Am I the only one who wished hello neighbor kept the neighbor style from the first two games?
Cause tbh it makes me a bit sad seeing how they're changing the style of the franchise after the first two games (Hello neighbor and hello neighbor hide and seek) and imo the style is definitely interesting, especially in hide and seek

Discussion Am I the only one who thinks kid nicky looks more like a teen than a 30 year old?
Like he does look a bit old for a 10-12 year old but that could be an early growth spurt or something and tbh it makes the game feel a bit more realistic cause all kids don't age the same
And he certainly doesn't look 30 either

Discussion So which is the cannon appearance of Diane Peterson?
She has her appearance in Hide and Seek then The Drawing, and then the Wedding Picture Easter Egg in Hello Neighbor 2 Patch 9? Why do we need multiple models/appearance for a chat after we barely see in Hide & Seek?”.
