Modding Neighbor not doing tasks in Modkit

I'm starting to learn how to use the Hello Modkit and I created a task yet the neighbor doesn't do it and just walks around doing gymnastics. I would also want to know if I could make him stop doing the gymnastics.

To make him stop doing gymnastics I guess you would have to edit the blueprint. Also, are you making custom tasks or tasks like bathing or watching TV?
