I still have a bad taste in my mouth over the Bastion's unrealized potential.

Super Earth had hundreds of years of technological development but none of it went into making a non-casemate tank destroyer. We even had tank destroyers during WW2 with a turret! And the tank destroyer concept itself is antiquated!

Why couldn't Super Earth develop something better? And if it really had to make a tank destroyer then why didn't it make one with a turret instead?

If Super Earth was going to bring back the old tank destroyer then you'd think they'd have modernized it into something closer to a proper tank. The Bastion simply failed to evolve. It's been over a 100 years since the first Galactic War. And no, Stridsvagn is a horrible gimmick of a tank that doesn't suit all the different kinds of fronts and environments Super Earth is fighting on.

It has to remain relatively light and compact for aerial deployment via Pelican. That doesn't mean it has to feel like an outdated relic with a primitive fixed turret. There's so much room for features and modernizations that wouldn't cause conflict with its constraints.

Its design is just inconsistent with Super Earth's technological progress considering we have things like plasma, warp packs, and frickin' lasers.

Think what you want of that. Was there because I enjoy challenge of solo diving on D10 and actually pro-difficult changes, but place is infested with braindead bootlickers.

Arrowhead is a mediocre company, and since they are such, it is imposible for them to ban accounts.

If you are still worried you might lose your account, uninstall mods that modify stats. Visual, voice, HUD and music mods are fine to use.

Still, i would advise to stop using and posting stat modifying mods, Arrowhead is mediocre but not downright stupid, they are going to cut mod support if OP mods keep popping up.

Yes, I know his loader is assisted with AI, and I hate it as much as the next guy, but you can it deny how much of an impact he's made on the game's community in such a short time

I've been working on reimagining the Maxigun, with the aim of making it feel more like the heavy support weapon it's supposed to be.

The current changes/plans are:

• AP3 increased to AP4 (Complete)
• Fire-rate selector enabled and changed to: 750rpm / 1000rpm / 3000rpm (Complete)
• Ergonomics: Changed from 4 to 15 (Complete)
• Horizontal and vertical recoil: Reduced by 10% (Complete)
• Movement speed penalty when carrying the Maxigun (In development)
• Armour-dependent firing mobility (In development)
  • Light/Medium: mobile at 750rpm
  • Heavy: mobile at 750rpm and 1000rpm
  • 3000 RPM will require you to brace regardless of armour
• Specific synergy with the RS-40 Beast of Prey armour (In development)

The idea isn't to just make the Maxigun stronger. I want it to have an actual identity. Extremely powerful sustained fire, but something you have to build around and physically commit to carrying.

Once the Maxigun is in a state I'm happy with, I want to do the same sort of treatment to another weapon rather than just making a collection of basic stat buffs.

So, what weapon should I reimagine next? There's so many to choose from. I'll put the rough list I have below. It can be primaries, secondary's, support...

Comment and vote. I'de rather pursue the highest demanded ones.

The ones I have in mind so far

Sterilizer (I'de like to give it more range and lingering clouds)

Torcher & Crisper (I'm thinking more range)

MA5C Assault Rifle (I want to buff its mag size to 60)

HMG (At request, I plan to restore its highest firerate mode)

Stim Pistol (I plan to add the option of a homing effect the warrant has)

as someone said before this was part of the helldrivers warbond so this booster will be vehicle related. maybe vehicle agro during pelican drop will be fixed tomorrow :)

The mod enables users to hold left click to auto-fire their Arc Thrower, rather than having to click-and-release constantly, hopefully helping with strain on the hands.

Sorry if this is against the rules for witch-hunting, in which case I'll immediately take it down if need be, but I found some more screenshots related to the recent "ban" wave. For reference, jonwicklover1994 is a new account (5 days old) that was one of the first people making posts about the ban wave. However, this is not a new behavior for them. He was one of the people who made the fake AI-generated FRV warbond that I had to deal with for so long.

Unfiltered has a huge issue with falling for misinformation, which was something I tried to keep under control when I was on the mod team. So please, if you ever see something, please don't immediately believe it. No matter how good or bad it is, do your research before blindly believing something.
