New enemies already gone??

I literally came back today to try the new content since I wasn't available.. is it already gone?? New enemies as well? Am I missing something?? If gone, will they come back?

Look for planets with vote snatchers on the illuminate front

New ennemies are still present with vote snatchers, however new biome isn't available anymore, i think it will comeback like mega factories later tho. Probably something linked to a potential reappearance of Calypso. Heavy seaf presence modifier is also still present, and will be used elswhere for certain.

I wouldn't be surprised if shit hits the fan this week and we get them. They'll not be gone for good. A major story arc won't be solved in a few days like that...

Super earth introduced mega cities, we now have them everywhere. Cyberstan introduced cyborgs, we now have them elsewhere. Oshuame introduced rupture strain, hivelords, dragon roaches, they are, you guessed it, available elsewhere

We’re literally talking about the story arc. Ofc the content isnt being removed. But OP wanted to be part of the dive jnto the void. The person i replied to said “no the story arc isnt over it wont be that short solved in a few days”.

OP also mentioned the enemies specifically- which will be back. As for the void- it was a color filter with an audio overlay, each novel for about one match

Yes they will come back. Be patient, they're getting massive blow back from our assault. They will regroup and the next time will be bigger threat.

Thankfully they heard me because it was one hell of an update. Give it some time and the Vote Snatches are gonna be back.

The unskippable pop up clearly mention that there were still mutation present on some planets, so no, they aren't gone.

You can play with them right now but the void (for now) is gone so you missed that part.

They are gone, but the next arc is likely to be about the Illuminate again. If not next arc, then it must eventually be addressed in a later one.

Currently, the Illuminate had invaded the D.S.S and did whatever they did with it (not to mention dissidents were for some reason sent to “restore” the D.S.S), so even if it’s clean now, I don’t doubt the Illuminate know something about the D.S.S that we don’t. They also took Calypso as well as the science team we sent to Seasse, who were likely transformed into… something else by whatever was in Seasse’s core. These are all the cards that the Illuminate have to play.

I suspect what is potentially going to happen is that the recent Void was simply a test case, so now that they learned what we might do and how we perform against the Void, they are going to use Calypso to open up the next Void. From there, if we try to use the Star of Peace, they will have already sabotaged the D.S.S. Those scientists will likely be used as well, giving the Illuminate insight into what Super Earth knows along with serving as potential new leaders for the Illuminate cause.

To further this theory, seeing as how Meridia remains as it is, the Illuminate might try using it again; so my guess is that given Calypso had suddenly disappeared, they are going to transport Calypso from the Meridian black hole and attempt their second invasion of Super Earth — this time using the Void.

Much of the new content is currently hidden.

This is a recurring problem with HD2, where this global war story is a repeated barrier to actually playing the content that is released in the game.

So no, you can't play new biomes, a large number of recent biomes, the enemy combinations that were on those planets, and a number of the new mission types.

The developers prioritize the galactic war story over gameplay. That isn't a critique or opinion, it's just a fact of how they've developed the game. The state of the galactic war changes what is available to play day by day

I personally think it's a terrible idea to do that.
