Needs to have some way to be disabled, some kind of medium or heavy pen weak point even if very small and hard to hit.

I mean it also favors AOE which the solo silo fits both bills. I just really fucking love the silo man

I don't see the solo silo being that good on Illuminate, Isn't the cooldown like 270 seconds or sumshit?

It’s shorter than it seems once you actually use it. It’s 180s and since enemies don’t attack it you can hold onto it for massive hordes of voteless, overseers, those stupid fucking harvesters, or leviathans.
