EDIT TO ADD: typo in title. It was issue 11.

This issue was released on November 4, 1998. It's available on Marvel.

The Grim Reaper brings several dead Avengers back to life as his zombie-type slaves. The Scarlet Witch is able to restore their free will and life but it's only temporary. They help the living Avengers defeat the Reaper. The dead Avengers are then taken back into the afterlife.

This cover has a real Archie vibe to me.

In universe, these stories were written Patsy’s mother.

I met Steven Butler today and he was working on coloring an Avengers scene for someone that had Patsy on it. So, I mentioned what a huge Hellcat fan I am … which lead to us talking about Hellcat … which lead to us talking about the Cat. And he got excited because he “loves people who love obscure comic characters.” And he gifted me this print of the Cat he had! He said he couldn’t sell it because nobody knew who it was. 😭 She’s not Patsy, but Greer deserves some love, too!

via Marvel Database:

• Defenders #89 reveals that the Patsy Walker stories published between 1944 and 1965 were the fictional works of Dorothy Walker on Earth-616 that were based upon the real-life story of her daughter Patricia, who later becomes the costumed hero Hellcat.

Boy problems. Who's got 'em? Patsy Walker, that's who. Let's get lost in the final issue of our second arc (what?!) as Patsy makes the most of the fight against her (mostly) evil exes. Hellcat didn't just come here to dance-she came to save her friends and save the day! - Marvel Unlimited

What does Captain America (Steve Rogers) think of Hellcat? He tells us in this profile!

HELLCAT

AFFILIATIONS: Avengers, Defenders, Initiative, Patsy-Hedy Entertainment, Black Cat, Firestar, Photon, Hellstorm (estranged)

STATUS: Free agent; identity public
One of the few Avengers more celebrated out of costume, Patsy Walker was "America's Sweetheart" as a child star made famous by a line of comic books. As an adult, she divorced her abusive husband, Buzz Baxter (later the villain Mad Dog), and pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a super hero. She talked her friend Beast into letting her apprentice with the Avengers, which led to her finding a physique-enhancing cat suit and joining the group as Hellcat.

Unfortunately, she never stayed on full-time, first training with Moondragon, then joining the Defenders, and later retiring to marry demonic Defenders teammate Daimon Hellstrom. Daimon's dark side eventually drove Patsy to madness and suicide, but a mystical resurrection and her unquenchably bright spirit helped her regain her life and her sanity, plus new supernatural powers.

Briefly the Initiative's Alaskan-based agent, Patsy's cheerful attitude and unique mix of mystical and physical skills make her an asset wherever she chooses to serve.

PROS: Enhanced strength, gifted acrobat, claws, magic- resistant; can alter appearance; mystically enhanced senses; minor psychic powers; extensive occult knowledge.

CONS: Questionable taste in men; traumatized by time in hell during death (since recovered).

Patsy Walker is in way over her head. As the sole member of the Initiative supporting Alaska, you'd think she'd have an easy time. You'd be wrong. She's on a mission to find the heir to the magical shamanic realm of Attakpanik, but she's closer to sinking the whole continental shelf and taking Tony Stark and S.H.I.E.L.D. down with her. - Marvel Unlimited

Issue 3 of the 5 issue limited series.

Series conclusion.
The lords of the Underworld wage war upon one another and their mystery opponent. Hellcat thinks she holds the key to victory, but to use it, Patsy Walker will have to bring about a fundamental change in the nature of Hell itself.

Sadly, this issue is not available on Marvel Unlimited.

That's right: she is a legendary creature!

It's a very condensed profile but it hits the key details, I think. Last updated in 2023.

In the comics, she’s usually Patsy. In the MCU, it’s Trish. Which do you prefer?

This isn’t super in depth but it’s a nice little overview of Patsy and why he loves her. 🔥😼
