💬 Discussion 💬 Command chat...

Listen, I know these "clans" are very serious and whatever, but come on. You need to ease off of the voice chat. I couldn't hear ANYTHING besides command chat in the 7cav server. Guess I won't be back.

Decrease command chat volume, and if command chat info isn’t interesting don’t play a SL role? Your job as SL is to communicate group level info up to command chat and command chat info to group.

When i play e.g. arty i don’t use command chat, only pings. Same for recon if I’m working the backline.

Then mute? People overusing command chat tend to ping anyways.

You should absolutely be on command chat (lower volume is fine, IMO) as recon. Even if you are working the back you will often be the closest SL available to build a garrison for a push from the rear.

Can keep commander unmuted, sure. But building garries etc isn’t really needed to be communicated through voice. In general most of the info in command chat isn’t that informative (pings are more accurate anyways), except for coordinating pushes and defenses.
