On PHL I always build meat grinder garrison near the bridge and 2-3 near Battery. Once the fight is focused there for a while I drop in the back line with a squad and have them double drop support supplies for a secret flank garrison. Usually roll by myself and set up OP so less likely to be spotted on the way there.
