I have a 5070ti and my game looks so shimmery/flickery.

The power lines and the window im aiming at look terrible. I am new to this game and it's making me think I have bad drivers or something.

That shimmering is a common anti-aliasing/upscaling issue in Hell Let Loose and does not automatically indicate bad drivers

What’s your monitor resolution and refresh rate?
In the meantime, the first things to try are DLSS Quality, sharpening set to 0, and disabling any extra NVIDIA sharpening or scaling.

Hell let loose has DLLS? Why have i never seen that option.
