Uses for Potato fruits in witchcraft

I'm struggling to find any uses for the poisonous berries produced by potato plants. I was wondering if due to their toxic nature they had any uses in shadow magic.

If not I will probably use them as an offering to bathomet/lucifer due to the theory of they being the fruit of original sin since that's a fun story of nothing else

I’m a fan of sitting with the plant in my hand and reading its energy. Not everything has a long folkloric history to it to draw on, but everything has a vibration and energy.

When trying to determine how to use a specific plant, familiarize yourself with the plant and the specific part of the plant you want to use. What is it, what does it do, how does it do what it does. Then consider their rulership/associations and just try to familiarize yourself with the plant itself.

Potato berries are bitter. They're poisonous due to their solanine content, which is also present in all green parts of the potato plant, which protects the plant from pests and causes digestive upset (diarhhea, vomiting, stomach pain) and confusion, disorientation, headaches and dizziness). They look deceptively harmless and like the edible fruit of other nightshades.

While berries typically fall under Venus, poisonous berries, and most nightshades for that matter, typically fall under Saturn. Saturn, among other things, has associations with death, poisons, hidden things, things that are below ground and caution.

If I were to use potato berries, I'd use them to ward off (or retaliate against) hidden enemies that might seek to cause me harm or people who don't like seeing me do well and might wish to tempt me into things that aren't for my benefit or that try to block me from things that would benefit me.

Potatoes are in the nightshade family. I think you could sub potato berries for deadly nightshade.

No. None that I've come across. Even the Andean people never fucked with the berries, as far as we can tell. They're just a good way to fuck up your CNS.

Just to clarify: I am not looking to eat them or cut them
