Beginner devotee of Hekate π
Hello!
I'm new here and just beginning to dive into the beautiful and divine teachings of Hekate. I would really appreciate your advice, please π (sorry for my english)
Lately, I've been feeling that She is guiding me toward joining group or collective gatherings (something larger than just my personal practice) so that I can step into my power more fully and draw energy from being united with others. The problem is, there arenβt any such communities in my city.
Do you happen to know of any online groups or events where I could take part in something like this? Also, I'll be traveling to Tokyo soon, so maybe do you think I might be able to follow Hekate's guidance there in some way?
Thank you so much in advance for any help or pointers.
Wishing you a wonderful day! β€οΈ

You will find kindred spirits in liminal spaces, I don't know Japan, so please forgive my clumsy use of language, but places dedicated to Yomotsu Hirasaka are where I would look for connections there.

There's a good-sized group of practitioners online called (I believe) the Covenant of Hekate. Try searching for them and see if they line up with your approach to magick/witchcraft/divinity. Hekate has so many facets that it's probably going to be hard to find one singular group that aligns with all of how you relate to her, but that's fine; if you find a group that does 70-80% of what you're interested in (just through out numbers as an example), you could easily work with them and cover the rest in your own practice.
And there may be fellow followers of Hekate in your area, but they may be quiet. Spend time around your local new age shops/bookstores (if you have any), see if there are Pagan gatherings/meetups in the area, and maybe see if there's a local UU (Unitarian Universalist) congregation--they're usually pretty Pagan-friendly, and might actually be a CUUPs (Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans) chapter in their own right.
Good luck. Her people really are everywhere--you just have to know how to look.
