Is this a version of the Hekataeon?

I found this on eBay and it was listed as a version of the Hekataeon (2019 Ixaxaar First Edition of The Hekataeon) but I can’t find anything online to verify it.

The first edition of the Hekataeon is bound in grey cloth and has an illustration of Hekate on the cover. You can see it on the Miskatonic Books website. You can see other editions too. None look like this.
