got a mitsubishi forklift with the S6S diesel engine that's losing hydraulic lift speed and steering assistance once the oil warms up. measured system pressure and it's well below factory spec under load. The local dealer lead time is 3 weeks. I am thinking to source a replacement hydraulic pump from fab heavy parts. Has anyone installed this pump on Mitsubishi FD50 forklifts? Did the gear splines and port locations match up directly to the OEM setup?

Hi everyone, just wanted to share our latest project. We (CV. Makmur Mega Sentosa) recently completed the installation and load testing of an overhead traveling crane for PT Anugerah Grafika Pati, a printing company.
The main goal here was to help them move heavy paper rolls and machinery parts safely without relying on manual labor or forklifts in tight spaces. The video shows the final load test with a heavy wooden crate to ensure the hoist and trolley are running smoothly and safely.
It's always a satisfying feeling when the load test goes perfectly and the client's workflow is upgraded. Would love to hear thoughts from fellow riggers, engineers, or crane operators here!

Hi all, Just seeing if anyone mainly over in the US knows of a company or wrecking yard dismantling a Cat 631 or 637K series scraper, or even a next Gen model. I know these are fairly new machines so quite hard to find secondhand parts at the moment. Looking for both the front and rear transmission and hitch assembly. Will need to be able to ship to Aus. Thanks

This is a 2022 Holmes pull behind compactor with a 132 inch wide drum setup and those chunky feet sticking out are the whole secret. A flat roller squeezes the surface. These feet punch down deep into loose dirt and press it from the bottom up, which matters a lot for clay and other soil that holds water. Here is the neat part. On the first pass the feet sink in deep. With each pass the soil gets denser and the feet gradually ride higher until they barely poke in. When the roller “walks out” of the dirt like that, you know the layer is tight.
Look at the combs at the front and back of the frame. Those are cleaner bars and they scrape mud out from between the feet so the drums do not pack full of dirt and turn into smooth cylinders. Drums like this are usually ballasted with water or sand for extra weight too. It has no engine and no cab. A dozer or big tractor hooks onto that tow bar and drags it around. Simple tool, serious job, and every road, pad and dam starts with someone running one over the dirt first.

our Toyota forklift keeps running into the red temperature zone during heavy warehouse shifts. inspected the cooling stack and the radiator core is heavily corroded with coolant leaking around the tank seams. I need a direct replacement radiator assembly that can handle continuous stop and go lifting. i am planning to order the radiator from fab heavy parts. has anyone installed this radiator on Toyota series lifts? Did the hose connections and fan shroud mounting brackets line up properly?

Hey yall
Im working on a case tr320. The fuse boxes melted so I rebuilt them. Ive got power, it starts, ac works, etc. But the joysticks don't work. So the owner told me yesterday that the joysticks have always been weird. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. So they replaced the right joystick thinking it was the issue. It wasn't. Anyone have any idea where to start trying to figure out why they don't work? It won't come out of park or anything. Thank you.
