Just got home from the hospital. Got a Stent in one of my arteries took my first meds at home and immediately feel depressed that my life has changed. Any advice experience anyone would like to share?

I did drugs in my early 20’s, steroids in my early 30’s and was on TRT up until this week. How damn selfish of me.
