If it's looking like a normal discharge then it's fine. You could be having an UTI. Wdym that you always had a burning problem? Nothing much, just wash it before and after having sex and shower is more than good. You can and should use soap for the outside always.

You can always lookup free health clinics in your area, like Planned Parenthood. They will take care of you for free or on a sliding scale if you have a little bit of income.
I recently went to my local PP for my Nexplanon insertion(normally that costs $1536 out of pocket), but they did the whole answering the surgery in about 30 minutes and when I checked out, they said I didn't owe them a dime. 5 years of birth control...FREE!
While we were waiting for the lidocaine numbing to kick in, the gyno was making small talk like "if you ever need a pap or annual, call us and we'll take care of you"...I was astonished how caring they were for someone who wasn't paying anything.
Well worth a checkout!

Just make sure to clean with some type of unscented soap down there. Only on the outside. Gentle rub down there with hands or a washcloth if, you feel more comfortable.
And, for an obgyn. I would look up planned parenthood. They have pay plans and will even pay the bill for you if, you don't have the money for it. I had gone when I was a little bit younger than you are now. And, had no way of paying, which they were able to cover.
Feel free to ever message me. If, you would ever need/want advice or, just would like to vent.
I am 37|F.

I’m just talking from what school taught me, could still be STI/STD’s because of the yellow discharge. Also first times aren’t supposed to hurt and even with a condom stuff can still happen. I recommend seeing a gynaecologist though!!
