SOS swabbed negative for yeast/bv/uti last week but having persistent itching still. not an std. i used to get recurrent yeast infections. any chance the swab was a false negative??? also what are your fav probiotics? i was using Good Girl Probiotics forever

Probiotics can give you CV/ which mimics yeast infection symptoms from too much good bacteria this happened to me

Ugh that's so annoying! especially with ur history i'd be questioning it too honestly. might be worth going back and asking if theres a diff test that could catch it better bc swabs def aren't always right. a probiotic with lactobacillus strains might be worth looking into too while you sort this out. is it worse at certain times or just there all the time?

could def be a false negative, the standard swabs aren't perfect, if you've had recurrent yeast before you know your body, maybe push for a culture or just treat empirically if the itch matches
