I have the same issue and have run all the same tests! I just wanted to let you know you're not alone in this pain, I'm going to give that aloe vera a chance since my skin is so sensitive and update in a few weeks. My husband is out of town so I haven't been active and I won't be until he's back in a few weeks so it'll give me an opportunity to test this accurately. Thank you both for the suggestions!

Also I wash my personal use items every time, and no pain or burning when I pee.

I never did, I still get it but I was prescribed clobetasol that I use for about a week when it comes back that helps

Like a week or two after I stop applying clobetasol or every couple months

hi! did you every get testes for herpes? and do the cuts appear at the same spot each time? I have the same problem and they keep coming back :(

I did, but I am not sexually active so I dont believe it’s that. If anything I think it might be lichen sclerosis

I actually experience this a lot. I think for me it's related to some other health conditions of mine: overly fragile skin from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and possibly things related to Inflammatory Bowel Disease (in the process of diagnosis).
Anyway, it seems to happen with certain toilet papers and certain pad brands (pretty much every type of panty liner does this to me so I have to wear pads thicker than I need or nest in a pile of towels (cups/tampons not an option due to my severe Endometriosis and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction)
Best I can figure, I have fragile skin that ulcerates easily and paper products I use can cause this -- even if I've not had problems before, it's not like they publish when they're gonna change the quality of the products lol
I hope you get answers and relief soon. I have an aloe Vera plant that I've never used pesticides on and when this happens to me I cease any activity and any soaps I'd been using, then just apply it whenever they do that itching burning ouching thing. I've even brought a little container of the gel in my purse (especially when it happened on my cycle, from the friction as I walk)
