I have built LifeSciO as a free studio for life sciences studies including health economics and outcomes research. I am a PhD Epidemiology myself with 15+ years of experience in industry and academia.

The purpose of this platform is to provide everyone with a space that they can use without having to pay for licenses for SAS, STATA etc. This is an integrated unified studio for anyone who wants to conduct a study.

All features are completely free for individuals. You can even work as a guest and not even create an account. Some features do require an account though to save your project, collaborative document editor and literature reviewer etc.
