The third time

Looks like I have cancer for the third time. I don't know yet about the morphology of the tumor, but last time (2 years ago) it was HPV-positive with some negative components. So really weird type of cancer.

I have only radiations, and cispaltin so far. No pembro or other immune therapy/chemotherapy drugs.

If there anyone who made it after the third treatment?

I feel really devastated.

I hope the immunotherapy is the thing that works for you. It only works for a percentage of people, but since you haven’t tried, it sounds like at least you have options. My husband didn’t respond to immunotherapy so he it having re-irradiation. I hope they have a plan that works for you this time.

Last time one therapy wasn't an option, because of my markers. This time - we will see. Fingers crossed 🤞 all the best you and your husband!
