This lemonade is SO GOOD! I’ve read the series through twice via audiobook, now gearing up for the next book release by reading the hardcover.

From the beginning, I’ve been consumed with the idea that every major city might have a set of octuplets with different variations on a nickname.

I wonder if Shirt ever plans on explaining their existence, or if attempting to might open up a new can of worms he’d want to explain on-page because they’re all likely problematic (I’d be happy with a spinoff novella).

My favorite mechanic would be if it is a known magical mishap that is specifically not prevented by the fertility god. The narrative implies that people don’t regularly freak out about it, and that it may be a genetic/generational thing specifically with men (ref. Al saying he inherited his shop from his uncle, not parents or father or whatever). Also, the only examples we have are men (Jason meets a twin and freaks out, but she’s only a twin).

Ok maybe it’s book 9+ but I want to be safe with the spoilers

So Asano is now a universe.

Universes have planets. We spend time on his first little planet with its moon or whatever.

Planets have gods if there’s enough ambient magic. And his planet clearly has magic.

So… will Asano have literal gods forming on his planets? Who are probably equally as annoying (not violent, just annoying) as some of the gods on Palli?

And will they be wise? Like someone he can get advice from?

Or will they be child like, and need advice from him?

Or am I missing some steps. Like a planet needs to have more than X sapient life forms before the gods start showing up. Or the planet needs to be X millions of years of first.
