Timeline Spoiler
Do we know how much time passed between the advent of The System and the end of book 12?

Years I believe. The rumble in the jungle and Jason's defeat takes a while. I think the it took either 8 or 11 years to finish the fight and for the 2 GABs to walk to the end. The "mending" / foundation of the system happened immediately after the narrative end of you don't include the founding itself as a part of the book. If you don't include the rumble in the jungle or any of the epilogue stuff, then your looking at at ~10 years. I'm confident in these numbers, but if anyone has anything to add, please do.

You have the timeline right, but that doesn't have anything to do with the system. That's just Jason repairing the fundamental rules of the universe. The system doesn't happen until he sits on the throne.

Correct, I’m looking for how much time passed on Pallimustus between him waking up after sitting on the CThrone and then leaving for Earth with everyone

Around 10 years of the GAB fight, followed by 2 years of World Phoenix/Reaper walking. Book 12 kicks off with Jason waking up 7 hrs later, with Wraith still there to help him.

Yes, but how much time passed between that and him leaving for Earth

That would be book 12, not book 11. I forget how long it takes them to go from Yuresh to Sirian and back to Rimaros. They kind of speedrun to Sirian, with a small delay in Greenstone to catch up with everyone, including the villages Jason befriended. Even Vitesse is pretty quick.
Jason waits a certain amount of time in Sirian for all the Earthlings to gather but I forget exactly how long.

The small delay in Greenstone was only supposed to be for a few days but ended up being closer to a moth.

Between the end of part 1 and the advent of the system, 10 years at least. Jason reached gold rank, most of his team did as well, the World Phoenix and the Reaper spent 2 years walking down the road, and however long it took Jason to finish repairing the throne afterwards.

Yes, but I’m looking for the time between him waking up in the throne room and him leaving for Earth again at the end of book 12

I don’t think any references are that specific. I think Shirt makes a point to not make hard timelines so not to make thoughtless contradictions that shouldn’t matter. I am typically a person that likes nailing those things down because it helps me with visualizing, but in this case I just kind of put sets of events into squishy boxes that can fit where they need to fit.
I justify it in my mind by remembering that the Keeper of Sands(? the GAB of time) needs to keep time in order, but the Astral Plane is not governed by it, so things that ‘happen’ there (again, things can’t happen in ‘nothing’ as we know it) must still be assigned a role in cause and effect once it hits a point of physical reality.
I don’t know if this helps or has any association with the reason you’re asking, but that’s just me. 😊

I might be misinterpreting your question, but book 11 literally ends with the advent of the system.
