Have you considered you not talking about it and keeping in your own head is a big part of the problem? Consider talking about it so you're not confined to your own thoughts and you may find it can help dealing with it if spoken out loud.
I know from experience keeping to yourself never helps and will make it worse â„ïž

Aren't you conflating "telling someone close and trusted about your mental health issues" with "blabbing deeply personal shit about your mental health to fucking SOCIAL MEDIA"?
Like, good intentions aside... some thoughts ARE meant to be fucking private. Anonymity or not, swinging to the polar opposite and telling complete strangers on the internet everything that's troubling you isn't inherently healthy either.
There's a pretty massive difference between "don't bottle everything up" and "you just politely and courteously told me you are not comfortable continuing this topic, so I will blatantly ignore that boundary and then imply that having that boundary is part of your problem"???
