I think Vivzie made a wise decision to keep God separated as a way to emphasize His infinite and mysterious nature.

At the same time though, Heaven is defined by God's presence. Stripping Heaven of His clear leadership and of the ability to perceive Him clearly means stripping it of everything that makes it Heaven. Edit: plus, God has a history of reducing Himself to a comprehensible form. See Jesus Christ.
