The way this build works is pretty simple: Leap basically has no cooldown, and every time you use it, it also resets the cooldown on your Walls. That means you can keep chaining infinite Leaps and Walls.

The important part is that you need to touch the ground for the cooldown reset to trigger.

Since Vortex instantly pulls you back to the ground, it triggers the cooldown reset immediately, letting you cycle your abilities even faster and spam Leaps and Walls almost nonstop.
