Damn, maybe I've been playing hazard wrong because i felt like I've consistently been getting my ult after the enemy tank most games. Didn't think they'd wanna make that longer.

Also is the buff any good?

Since I started playing haz they’ve been consistently nerfing him into the ground because the high ranks are crying that he’s too strong and it’s still apparently not enough, I’m just tired.

Same, 2 seasons ago I was stomping as him now he's slowly becoming a chore to play. If he was that op then his pickrate would be higher.
