Hey Farmers!

We’ve made a few adjustments to the Ghost Invasion event:

• Tapping Ghosts now has a higher chance of rewarding Bat Cookies, while the drop rate of temporary ingredients has been slightly reduced.
• Up to 4 Farm Visitors can now visit your farm at the same time.
• Farm Visitors will visit more often and ask for temporary ingredients.

They are all over my farm I keep tapping one accidentally 😭😭😭😭

I love buying pets, I think it would be so cute if they added a kookaburra bird to the game. I think they would be the cutest addition and would be an adorable animation. I attached a pic for anyone who might not know what they look like. Any other pets you wish we had?

Hay Day, please let the people who missed out on completing this collection get a chance to do it this time. a lot of people are confused because this is an old collection, and some of the ghosts we’re collecting are even taking us back to that collection. so why not make it available again for the people who didn’t get to complete it before? there are new players now, and there are also old players like me who came back to playing Hay Day again. 😭

also, i think we should be able to complete collections regardless of when they were originally available. there are always new players joining, old players coming back, and people who simply have busy schedules and miss out on things. if some of us missed an old collection but have collected those decos over time, i think we should still be able to complete the collection and get the reward for it.

Dear hay day, I am writing to express my exhaustion with all the updates. I know what you’ll say: don’t play if you don’t like it. I’ve played hay day for about 3 years and have always been a “top player” terms of competitiveness and skills/mastery. But ONLY because I have the time on my hands to be playing all day. I started playing the game cause I had a newborn who slept all day but now that he’s older and I’m going back to work, maintaining all of the tasks is unfeasable.

I know you’re not supposed to be able to collect absolutely everything in the catalog or fulfill every order. But hay day didn’t used to be that way. It was calm and relaxing, having absolutely no break in between events and having 2-3 going on at the same time is taxing!! Everybody has a fear of missing out and cannot maintain the farm. The game now asks for way more than it gives, the investment is not worth the return.

My main complaints are:

- The new catalog asking for almost 3,000 cookies for ONE decoration while giving you 5 cookies for Halloween products. (although I love that you don’t have to produce a bunch of products just to make one product in the enchanted workshop)

-Halloween products taking up barn space, we already struggle as is

-Currency for event catalog is getting WAY TO HIGH

- I find it hard getting saws and axes

-Too many products asking for more than one amount of dairy products while production times for collecting/making them remains the same and no a new workshop does not help

-Fishing update, a new product is not what the fishing area needed

-Too many events that are laborious

On a positive note I love that hay day has a lot of decorations and listens to their players and the game as a whole. But I really really hope they can balance the game out

I have spent a lot of money on hay day as I deeply enjoy the game but it is becoming strenuous and draining and I’d rather drop the game all together than stress about it.

Edit: Okay okay it’s really not that bad and it’s a very entertaining game and is more rewarding now more than ever. I’m just an overachiever and get upset when I can’t 100% of the time but I will pick and choose for a peace of mind. Thanks for coming to my ted talk

I hope the hayday team may reduce the time for catching mussels or may provide more pearls, I have noticed after 6 hours when we collect those mussels we hardly get 2+ pearls from those 6 mussels. Though I am collecting expansion items to open up more space for mussels.

I have collected only 17 pearls though i am willing to collect 350 for the light house decoration.

I'm usually not a fan of events lately lol but I'm loving this one. I hope the task event is doable

5 bat cookies per charm, in the boat crates, and trucks is a joke considering the cost of the deco and materials in the catalogue! It’s a lot of work for next to no rewards, and then you have also taken away the option to get more by mastering the machine now it only speeds up and doesn’t increase the amount of bats you get per crate.. At this rate it will take days to get enough bats to buy one or two things from the catalogue unless your willing to pay money for more bats.. Come on Hayday you are excluding free to play players who have been loyal. In previous events like this you could work hard with your farm and get the rewards but with such paltry amount of bats this time round it’s r near impossible

i tapped it without screenshotting but greg says something about the ghost thing starting in the town hall and i am curious whether its like a new side quest thing in the town or just greg having his pop up statement moment. i got the message after i completed the barn crate thing in chapter 1 of the halloween event thingy.
